Who We support
We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel confusing at times — but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team works closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to make accessing funded psychology and neurofeedback sessions simple and stress-free. If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your NDIS funding for psychology and neurofeedback services under Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building Supports.
Our registered psychologists at Sue Stern Psychology offer individual sessions for both adults and children. We can help with a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and stress
Depression and mood challenges
Trauma and PTSD
Emotional regulation and behaviour difficulties
ADHD and autism support
Adjustment to life changes and disability
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. We focus on building skills, improving emotional wellbeing, and helping you live with more confidence and calm.
NEUROFEEDBACK

Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive brain-training method that helps improve focus, mood, and self-regulation. It works by showing your brain real-time feedback so it can learn to function more efficiently — much like physical exercise for your brain.
Many clients find neurofeedback helpful for:
ADHD and attention difficulties
Anxiety and sleep problems
Emotional regulation
Brain injuryrecovery
Trauma and stress
At Sue Stern Psychology we’ll explain each step clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your sessions.
