4. internal family systems therapy
A compassionate, non- pathologising therapy that helps you understand and heal the different ‘parts’ of yourself – such as your inner critic, protector,or wounded self. IFS focuses on building a relationship with these inner parts to reduce inner conflict and restore emotional balance. It supports healing from trauma , shame anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties by helping you understandwhy certain protective patterns and emotional reactions exist. Treatment guides you to heal wounded parts with compassion, leading to greater emotional harmony, self understanding and resilience.
